2.10pm	Mindy Woods	Char Kway Teow (Penang's famous noodle dish) Since launching her career in series 4 of MasterChef Australia, Queensland favourite Mindy Woods has avidly immersed herself into the food industry. Having recently returned from a trip to South East Asia, Mindy will be bringing to the Redcliffe Botanic Gardens the secrets of how to create Penang’s Famous Noodle Dish, Char Kway Teow.
